LISTED BUILDINGS & CONSERVATION
A lot of our projects will have Conservation considerations such as being Listed Buildings or being in conservation areas. These projects bring their own complexities from additional planning requirements to the need to use traditional building techniques to the opportunity to contrast the new and the old for added drama. We have a great deal of experience with Architectural Conservation projects and can help you to navigate these more complex projects in a pragmatic and clear way, so that you can still achieve your dream home with no scary surprises

FULL HOUSE RENOVATIONS
The most common type of project that we do is a whole home renovation. We work closely with you to develop a brief that understands your aims for now and how those might change into the future. We will then help to produce creative layout options that explore a whole range of possibilities for how you and your family might use your home. We will then help you obtain planning permission, undertake detailed design drawing, explore sustainable options for the build, get quotes from contractors and assist with on site project management.

REAR EXTENSIONS & OUTBUILDINGS
Occasionally, we are also asked to take on a more limited design scope on projects for elements such as rear extensions and kitchen conversions to out buildings. We are always happy to look at these projects, and bring the very best of our knowledge and experience to the table to provide you with an incredible level of service and design. Usually these smaller projects will have a higher requirement of design intent so that we can maximise the value we provide for you and your family.
NEW BUILDS
New builds projects offer an amazing opportunity to create a home that is perfectly tailored to you. We are at various project stages with multiple new build homes, from planning, to construction and have completed several others. This is the ultimate opportunity to bring your grand vision to life, renovation or new build, our approach is the same, we want to listen to you, and design you something that you can be incredibly proud of. We will advise on planning requirements and strategies, create 3D models of the property for you to explore, review high level costing with you, and then help you bring it all together and deliver it on site.
MANSION BLOCKS AND FLATS
Working in central prime London has given us a lot of experience working in larger Blocks of flats and navigating what can sometimes be extremely complex processes with Freeholders, Management Companies, Great Estates as well as the more typical challenges like planning and listed building consent.
We are happy to help you to work through these processes in a professional manner that will give your freeholders and neighbours the confidence to know that the works are being carried out by someone reputable and reliable.
We have demonstrated this so well, that we have even been taken on by one of the great estates themselves to undertake the architectural work for the delivery of their listed properties.

ABOUT OUR FEES
We are completely transparent about our fees. We provide fixed fee quotes that are based on our time taken working on your project, not this archaic method of pricing based on your build value. Why should we get paid more because you want to spend more on your kitchen?
We can provide fixed fees or work on an hourly rate and always provide a clear list of what is included along with example drawings so that you know what to expect from us at each stage. We will never claim to be the cheapest Architects out there, but we can promise to provide fantastic service and great value for the fees that we charge.
