This has been key within the design stage for the full refurbishment of this three bedroom flat within a beautiful red brick mansion block in the Edwardes Square, Scarsdale and Abingdon Conservation Area. With a desire to honour the properties history, careful consideration has been taken in the selection of period appropriate plasterwork, doors and woodwork, all appropriate to the age and location of the apartment.

Working alongside international acclaimed Leviars Interior Studio and our client, the Interior Design of this property will be finished to the highest level, reflecting the architecture.

Rubix Construction have been selected to execute the designs, with a track record of creating beautiful, high quality family homes. Completion is expected late in 2025 and we are looking forward to seeing months of careful planning becoming a reality.
