35 Kensington

35 Kensington comprises a garage conversion and full internal refurbishment of a tired, outdated three bedroom London Mews house on a stunning and well known Mews, in the De Vere Conservation Area. The main aim of this project was to create a modern, elegant home full of light for our client and their family to enjoy when visiting London. The kitchen has been relocated from the rear of the property to the existing garage, with doors opening onto the private courtyard and allowing more natural light to enter this key space. The staircase has been relocated to the rear wall, allowing the rest of the ground floor to be opened up into a large open plan space, perfect for entertaining.

Interiors have been designed by Covet Noir who excel in creating effortlessly timeless homes exuding luxury. Bespoke joinery, a feature kitchen and modern crittal style doors elevate the property, showcasing an exceptional level of quality throughout.

Having obtained planning consent, we are currently on site with this project and are very excited to see it completed later in the year.
